Play2sell was founded in 2017 by Felipe dos Santos — economist, serial entrepreneur, and two-time founder with exits in real estate technology. The idea was conceived during his time in Silicon Valley as a graduate of the Founder Institute.
Backed by Bossa Nova Investimentos, Play2sell set out to solve a fundamental problem: sales teams lacked a unified operating system that combined governance, engagement, and financial incentives into a single architecture.
Today, SalesOS powers over 200 enterprise teams across real estate, retail, pharma, and industrial sectors — processing more than one million engagement events and enabling the tools modern sales organizations need to compete.
